Witch with me!

This year Halloween is turning out to be really fun because of Ryan. She loves to look at costumes and tell us which ones are scary guys and which ones are nice. Ryan is going to be a witch this year and keeps asking me "daddy be a witch with me?" I always tell her that she has to ask him. Well Darick's cute girlfriend has become Ryan's new best buddy and for the last couple of days she has been asking if "Shayla be a witch with me?" I guess Ryan really wants someone to be a 'nice' witch with her.

We also took her to a car wash here and they were doing a Tunnel of Terror wash to benefit the local food bank. Well we thought it would be fun to take Ryan through it as long as she sat on my lap she would be okay. I forgot she is scared normally of the car wash, so the whole time through the Tunnel of Terror she closed her eyes. It was so funny, but at the end we convinced her to open her eyes because Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Spongebob were there doing a little dance. Now she is always re-telling us the story of scary tunnel with silly Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Spongebob at the end. It is so fun to see her getting older and having fun getting ready for Halloween!

No Longer A Baby!!

Ryan is no longer a baby!! She has now turned two and just keeps on getting bigger and bigger! We love to hear all of the new words and sayings that she has learned. We always laugh when she is playing with her toys because she tells them to not hit, be nice, and stop it right now!! I wonder were she is learning all of those sayings?

This year Ryan got to celebrate her birthday on two seperate days! On her acutal birthday we took her to McDonald's to get her favorite Happy Meal! She loves the chicken nuggets and french fries, but her favorite part is that she gets to drink Sprite!! She loves to drink Sprite!

After McDonalds we went to Chuck E Cheese were we all got to play games! It was so fun to see Ryan get excited over certain things that we may find boring. She rode the bike ride about 10 times and thought it was the greatest!! We would ask her what she would like to do next and it seemed she would always go back to the bike. I am glad she enjoyed it!!

Ryan showing off Baby Sister!

As many of you already know that we are having another baby and it is a girl!! We are so excited! Ryan loves to look at the ultrasound pictures and talk to her baby sister via my stomach!
The other day she surprised me when she started making her toys talk to baby sister. Ryan had to make sure that they talked to her baby sister through my belly button. If I tried to pull my shirt down so you wouldn't see my belly button, Ryan would pull it up and tell me to Stop It Right Now! (I don't know where she learned that phrase) We are excited for another girl and we know that Ryan will be a great big sister!!

Swimming at Grammie & Grandpa's Pool

Ryan and I were able to go to California to visit my family. It was so much fun! We spent a couple days swimming and also went to Pixie Woods! We had so much fun spending time with family!

A little boy at the pool let Ryan play with his Nemo toy! She loves Nemo and had so much fun playing with him in the water!!

Here is Summer and her cute family!! I had so
much fun seeing my sister and her family! Her boy's are so busy and I loved hearing all of their knock-knock jokes! Ryan still talks about 'arter' and 'kabean'!

Ryan and I spent the whole time swimming in the kiddie pool! The pool was a perfect size for Ryan! She could walk around and put her head in the fountains without having me to hold her! I think Ryan is getting more and more independent! She is not a baby anymore.

Ryan and Grammie lounging by the pool! Ryan had so much fun with her 'ammie' and 'tampa'! I know that she misses them every time we have to leave! It was also funny to see how she would get jealous when my parents were not paying attention to her, but to her cousins! She is a little diva sometimes!

Peads in NYC

Kirk is a big Yankee's fan and wanted to see the Yankees play in Yankee Stadium before they tear it down. So we decided to make a fun family trip out of it! We had so much fun!! We were able to go with our friends and had a great time with them! We were able to see everything we wanted to in just a few days and felt like we walked almost the entire Manhattan Island!

Ryan was so good on the trip! She loved waiting for the "Choo Choo" everyday and seeing all the amazing sites! She had lots of fun playing with her buddy Brynley and her dolls 'Happy' and Minnie. She would ask us for her 'inkies' everytime she was ready to fall asleep, and she would take great naps in her stroller! She also loved seeing her aunt and uncle!!

Kirk and I also enjoyed spending time with Jeremy and Beverly! We miss having them close to us, but had a fun time going to dinner and hanging out with them!

We loved our New York trip and thought it went by to fast! It was fun to see a high energy city (besides Las Vegas) that a lot of movies were filmed in and loved seeing all of the historical sites!

P.S. I know that I spelled Ellis Island wrong, but I couldn't change it after I saw the mistake!

Newport Beach Temple

We had the opportunity to go our cousins wedding in beautiful Southern California! It was so beautiful down in California and the Newport Beach Temple is SO beautiful inside and out! If any of you have not seen the temple before it is not your usual temple. The color is not white, but instead it is a shade of pink to blend into the surrounding area! It is a very beautiful temple!

BYU

We have been trying to teach Ryan her ABC's. We ask her to say 'a' and she will answer with a noise or yes or whatever she decides will work. Then we ask her to say 'b' and she will answer back 'YU', to finish off 'BYU'. It is so funny to see her realize that 'BYU' is very important in our house! So when we went to the blue and white game at BYU, she was so excited!

Jeremy and Ryan cheering on BYU!

Maybe Ryan was not that interested in the game.

A Big Ouchie

We were looking for a fun night out at the Bee's Baseball game on Friday night, but right when we got out of the car Ryan was running towards Grandpa and Grandma Pead and fell flat on her face. She got a big fat lip and her mouth was bleeding like crazy. She also scraped up her nose and forehead. She was so sad and it took Uncle Jeremy buying popcorn to make her feel better! Thanks Jer!

We Finally Did It!!!

We have finally joined the world of Blogging!! We love to look at every one's blogs and decided to take the plunge.

Happy belated Easter! We got to go to a super fun Easter Party at our friends house! Ryan did not understand the easter egg hunt, but picked up a couple of eggs.

But then Ryan found a egg on the tramp and decided she was done. All she wanted to do is jump! I think if she would have known what was in the eggs she would have looked for more. Our friends, Reed, Kathryn, and Brynley, are in the background. They were the fabulous hosts of this awesome party! We had a lot of fun! Thank you for a great time!

I know this picture is dark, but I was trying to get a picture of Ryan in her easter outfit! She was being so cute and kept posing and saying cheese!

We hope everyone had a wonderful easter!
